Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary based on your location.

Delays may happen due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unexpected reasons.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete the payment.

Free shipping may be available during special offers or promotions.

4. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

You can use the tracking link to check the current status of your delivery.

5. Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, and PIN code are correct before placing the order.

SPLIT is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details.

6. Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver the order because of customer unavailability, wrong address, or failed contact attempts, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, extra shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged Package or Missing Item

If you receive a damaged package or any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please share clear photos or videos of the package and product so we can check and help you quickly.
